Born in 1982 in Sabac. Graduated comparative literature and theory of literature at the Faculty of Philology, Belgrade, and dramaturgy at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, Belgrade. Worked in the story department of a Hollywood production company Phoenix Pictures, and as a columnist, film and literary critic of the Belgrade cultural guide Yellow Cab (also a literary critic of a TV show Yellow Cab on B92). Sub-editor of Plastelin website (www.plastelin.com) and a film critic of Rez magazine. Published short stories, film and literary criticism in Knjizevni list, Danas, Koraci, Treci trg… Book of poetry: Kan (Sabac, 2001). Directed (w/Ivan Zlatic) and wrote a documentary Put do Visoke zemlje (The Road to High Earth, 2006), shown on festivals worldwide. Awarded prizes for best poem and short stories. An OSI scholar at Ithaca College New York and IC Los Angeles, USA (2006).

Born in 1973 in Nis. Graduated English language and literature (master thesis in preparation). Works as a TA at the University of Nis, course: American literature. Film critic of Kung Fu Cult Cinema (www.kfccinema.com) and Pressing magazine. Published film criticism and essays in Polja, Ulaznica, Evropa, Dnevnik, Beton, Gradina, Plima plus…  His articles appear in 100 European Horror Films (BFI, London, 2007) and 501 Movie Directors (Quintet, London, 2007). Books: U brdima, horori: srpski film strave (In the hills, the cities: Serbian Horror Film, Nis, 2007), Faustovski ekran: djavo na filmu (The Faust Screen: Devil on Film, Zajecar, 2006), and a novel Nazivo (In Vivo, Nis, 2003).

Awarded first prizes for literary criticism, best essay and best unpublished study. A Fulbright scholar at the University of California at Berkley, USA (2004).

Dejan Dabic

Born in 1970. Worked as an editor and an organizer of Film and video program at Nis cultural center, and a 10-year coordinator of Actor’s festival in Nis. Co-editor of Pressing magazine (Nis). Made more than 100 TV and radio shows on film (Nis’ city television, City radio, KPGT radio). Published film criticism in YU film danas (Belgrade), Novi Filmograf (Belgrade), Narodne novine (Niš), Gradina (Niš), Niški analitičar (one of the founders), Think Tank (Leskovac), Image (Užice)… Directed 10 animated short films, shown on festivals worldwide. Member of FIPRESCI, international federation of film critics, and ASIFA, international association of animators.

Olga Dimitrijevic

Born in 1984. Graduated dramaturgy at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, and an alternative course in Women Studies, Center for Women Studies, Belgrade. Theatre critic of Teatron and Vreme magazine. Worked as a dramaturge of a campaign Mobilizacija gradjanske Srbije (Mobilizing the Civil Serbia, Youth Initiative for Human Rights, 2007.

Contributor to the Real Presence exhibition (2005) and "Race, Discourse, Biopolitics" conference (Rutgers University, Center for Women Studies) in Dubrovnik (2007).

Born in 1981. Works as a dramaturge of Radio Belgrade and RTS Children program. Author of plays: Izgubljeni dugmici (Lost Little Buttons, Multiart klub, Belgrade, 2003), Jeftino, zivi pod vodom, ima dusu i pocinje na slovo… (Cheap, Lives Under Water, Has a Soul, Starts with the Letter…, BKG, Belgrade, 2007). Screenplays: Zajednicko putovanje (Joint Journey, 2002, TV Film, RTS). Published film criticism on the Popboks website (www.popboks.com). Awarded best screenplay prize (Bar, 2003), and best young writer for radio prize (2006).

Born in 1975 in Belgrade. Graduated history and dramaturgy. Master of dramatic arts, field: theatre studies. Author of several plays and shows on Radio Belgrade. Born in 1971 in Belgrade. Works as a Programe Coordinator, representation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies for Serbia and Montenegro. Former fanzine editor. Writer and contributor for Ritam, YU Rock Magazine, Rocks, Audiofon, Virtual (section editor), Danas, Strip Pressing, Think Tank, Popboks…  A drummer of many rock-n-roll bands.

Dimitrije Vojnov

Born in 1981 in Belgrade. Graduated dramaturgy at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, Belgrade. Was an enfant terrible of Serbian film criticism for 8 years, and although one of the youngest, gained reputation as one of the most harsh and controversial. After he’s stopped writing criticism, he works as a playwright, screenwriter and dramaturge. Published criticism in many scholar publications, as well as in Kurir, Nacional, Blic News, XZ, Evropa, Playboy, Popboks… Editor of renowned film blog Doba nevinosti (www.dobanevinosti.blogspot.com) for critiquing of and informing about Serbian cinema. Plays: Velika bela zavera (Big White Conspiracy, 2004), successfully staged and performed for seasons in Atelje 212, Belgrade, and Kamerni teatar 55, Sarajevo, and emitted on Croatian Radio 3 (directed by Mario Kovac); Clan 642 (2005), a radio-play on Radio Belgrade 3. Screenwriter of Mi nismo andjeli 3: Rokenrol uzvraca udarac (We’re not Angels 3: Rock’n’Roll Strikes Back, 2006). Screenwriter for several documentaries and shows on RTS (National Broadcast). Awarded special San Sebastian Film Festival prize for acting in Tito i ja (Tito and me) in 1992, and Thessalonica Festival first prize for screenplay in 2005.

Born in 1970 in Belgrade. Graduated comparative literature and theory of literature at the University of Belgrade. Works as an editor of film program in Belgrade City Library. Published more than 300 articles on film and literature in Rec, BKG, Novi filmograf, Knjizevni list, Povelja, Reporter, NIN, Politika… Radio play: Dragutin Ilic (Radio Belgrade, 2007). Books of film criticism: Kraljevstva i izgnanstva (Exiles and Kingdoms, Stubovi culture, Belgrade, 1997) and Andrej Tarkovski: skica za jednu filozofiju umetnosti (Andrey Tarkovsky: Sketch for a Philosophy of Art, Povelja, 2007).
